We are currently seeking contractors who can perform: Lock changes, winterizations, boarding to HUD specs, clean-outs/debris removal, lawn maintenance/snow removal. Must have reliable vehicle, all necessary tools, digital camera, computer, access to the internet, scanner, fax, ability to upload photos into websites, etc. Must Have 1+ years experience doing REO/Property Preservation for other national companies and or banks and insured.
