Amsterdam Printing is seeking an experienced and accomplished E-Commerce Marketing Manager to help the business to become the top on-line promotional products company. This person will lead all online marketing efforts to acquire new customers and retain & expand our presence with existing customers. The person will develop and manage the execution of strategies to drive a best in class customer experience during the website visit and application process; maximizing conversion rates.
Duties:

Execute marketing programs to increase trafficHelp develop strategies and support online campaigns: display media, social media, co brand sites, emailAcquire new customers within budgeted cost targetsUtilize corporate resources and work within cross-functional teams to implement online projectsEmploy data and behavioral analysis to drive decisions.
Ensure quality messaging and creative for on-line campaigns using internal resourcesDevelop & conduct tests to optimize site performance and conversion ratesConduct competitive assessment of online features and functionality



Job Requirements:

Strong analytic skills balanced with creative thinking and idea generation abilities
Proven ability to improve site traffic, sales conversion rate and user satisfactionEffective execution of Internet-based marketing campaignsExperience with Web trends or OmnitureExperience with paid search strategies, search engine optimization and Social MediaLeadership capabilities necessary to manage a small staff and work effectively in larger groups and
Lead multiple projects in matrix environment with cross functional teams.Exposure to industry standard technologiesSuccessful vendor management, build and maintain strong partner relationships
Knowledge and experience suitable to integrate with the marketing, sales, and I.T. departments. * A minimum of two years experience in online marketing,

* 3 years additional work experience in a leadership position,
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
