This position requires previous Supervisor / Management experience with automotive service skills, but will consider Automotive Technicians with leadership qualities or energetic, hard working, and career oriented Management candidates who are quick learners, posses some automotive fundamentals, and have the ambition and drive to exceed standards and expectations. For qualified candidates we have a comprehensive training and certification program to ensure individuals within the AMIT (Asst. Mgr in Training) program are equipped to do their job successfully. The Management staff is responsible for building and leading a high performance team capable of differentiating VIOC's service experience from all other automotive service providers. In addition to physically working on automobiles and taking care of customers, the ASCM will work with the General Manager to train, develop and manage hourly employees on Company Policies and Procedures.
