: Summary Handle a variety of duties and responsibilites including administrative and customer support. Duties and Responsibilities * Answer incoming telephone calls on multi-line system * Responsible for ordering and maininting inventory of office supplies, wireless telephones and other devices * Research and resolve customer issues/complaints by working directly with billing, service, sales and installation departments. * Process and report on discontinuances in system. * May assist with resales * Provide administrative support to SSO in areas of order entry, activity reduction, contract and proposal preparation, scheduling, and general office support. * Other duties as assigned.
