We primarily service residential and small business clientele. Compensation $25 to $35/hr. for time spent on-site, bonus and commission. 1 hr. minimum paid per visit Technical Skills and Duties: Install, configure, and troubleshoot the following • Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista & Windows 7 • Office suite; Word, Excel, & Outlook, etc • Email accounts using Outlook and Outlook Express • TCP/IP • Research solutions using savvy search engine techniques • Routers, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices • Antivirus programs: Symantec/Norton, MacAfee, AVG, Avast, Panda, etc. • Spyware/adware removal tools • 3 years minimum full-time experience providing tech support Non Technical Requirements: • Great interpersonal & communication skills • Strong customer services focus • Attention to detail • Able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new challenges • Responsible: "no excuses" attitude • Reliable transportation • Must be able to provide 3 professional references (non-relatives) • Valid government issued ID • Pass a background check • Access to a webcam for an initial video conference Additional Info: • This is a 1099 independent contractor position, so you will need to be responsible for your own hardware tools, transportation and cover your expenses.
