This position is due to the overwhelming success of SINDIE Bench Top and Online products and the expected growth of the OTG and HD product lines. The focus of the position will be the integration of subsystems and component items into XOS finished analyzers. The primary focus will be systems assembly however the candidate is expected to complete mechanical assemblies as required such as Swaglock assembly and general mechanical assembly of XOS products.
The candidate must support a larger team effort and also be able to work independently to achieve task/project deliverables on time.

XOS strives for continuous improvement, this position is expected to support the improvement in existing manufacturing practices and to help develop and document new processes for both custom and standard SINDIE configurations.

The application of excellent manufacturing practices, and the highest commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount to the success of this position.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general electrical assembly of analyzer and analyzer sub systems as applicable. Individual will be expected to troubleshoot electrical failures down to component board level.

• Mechanical assembly including, but not limited to: Swaglock tube bending/assembly, Sample delivery systems, XOS analyzer engine assembly.

• Expected to assist engineering as needed with documentation of cable harnesses, PCA design, and mechanical assemblies as needed. The individual will also be responsible for helping to improve existing procedures and fabrication processes, and following through with the proper documentation of any changes made.

• Candidate is expected to identify, maintain, and advise Manufacturing Manager of required tooling for the electrical assembly and testing of SINDIE product line. Tools definition and procurement.

• This position will be expected to support and maintain ERP related data entry with respect to job operations and product RMA routings.





Experience Requirements:
• College degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years manufacturing or product development experience with electrical assembly, testing equipment, soldering, cable termination and harness fabrication.

• Must be able to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics and/or drawings.

• Computer literate with experience entering data into ERP business software.

• Delivery of product on time and to quality, when necessary available to work overtime to meet deadlines.

• Meticulous in record keeping with the attention to detail.
